About the Owner

I am a life long Georgian ranging from my early years in Ray City in Berrien County to Carrollton in Carroll County in later life and now our permanent home is St. Simons Island here on the Georgia Coast. I was an All-SEC safety at the University of Georgia and had an opportunity to play in the Sun Bowl and Sugar Bowl. I also published a book in 2011 with many old UGA experiences included.

We started Rolling Green Fence in Carrollton in May of 2007 and we have consistently grown since that beginning. We have sold fence work from Roswell, Ga. to Naples, Fl and from Orangeburg, S.C. to near Birmingham, Al. When we came to SSI in 2020 it was at the height of the greatest medical crisis in our nations history. But we made the transition we began to expand our fence business along with several other scopes of work that many of our clients needed and today we have completed well over 200 residential and commercial jobs with excellant reviews.

Our name originated from our family farm in Ray City, GA. And we have been in the fence business since 2007 doing high-demand work in large commercial fencing. We had a lot of work doing soccer fields and schools. When we moved to Saint Simon we decided to do more residential work due to the tremendous demand. We have really solid commercial and residential relationships. we have excellent relationships with builders and subcontractors.

Our commercial jobs include fuse bonded chain link fence for schools, water treatment plants, athletic fields, and high security facilities. We also install a considerable amount of Ameristar Montage ornamental and cantilever gates with high security gate operators. This catagory includes gate arms and turnstiles as well.

Our home is St Simons Island, Georgia, located on the Georgia Coast. Our commercial market is primarily Georgia, Alabama and Florida, but is not limited to any reasonable location.
